1. Offer Details: The New Year Boost Sale offers a marketing automation package valued at over $800 at a discounted rate. The package includes marketing strategy consultation, automation setup, follow-up system implementation, and reporting tools. The offer is valid until January 31, 2025, unless extended at Reno Reach’s discretion. Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions or offers.

2. Eligibility: The sale is open to home improvement business owners aged 18 and above. Participants must have a valid business in the home improvement industry.

3. Payment Terms: Payment is required upfront to secure the discounted rate. Payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in a guarantee policy.

4. Service Guarantee: Reno Reach offers a money-back guarantee on service fees (excluding ad costs) if no measurable progress is made within 30 days. To qualify for the refund, participants must: Fully participate in onboarding and training sessions. Implement strategies and suggestions provided during the program.

5. Limitation of Liability: Reno Reach is not responsible for additional costs incurred during campaign execution, such as ad spend. Results vary depending on the client’s participation, industry trends, and external factors.

6. Modifications: Reno Reach reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice. Clients will be notified of significant changes affecting their package.
